Suzanna Tan: 

Suzanna is an executive coach with over 25 years of senior management experience across stockbroking, accountancy and retail banking.  During her 20-year career at Barclays she worked at business unit and group level across a matrix environment covering marketing, sales, diversity and inclusion, commercial and product. It was there where she facilitated a culture of learning and development, supporting colleagues facing challenges around leadership, performance and career development. 

Her specialism is in culture, both from an organisation and country perspective. She works with clients to create positive organisational cultures enabling colleagues and businesses to thrive. Her expertise in understanding cross-cultural and cultural complexities, is useful for those transitioning to other countries or where businesses have international customers, colleagues, or partners.  In 2021, she published “University Student Handbook: from China to the UK” to support students from China transitioning to the UK university and workplace.

She is experienced working with individuals, teams and groups on cultural agility, cultural change, leadership and performance and career growth and transitions. Suzanna is an Accredited Executive Coach with the Association for Coaching, an Accredited Spotlight practitioner, and has an MA in Career Development and Coaching studies from the University or Warwick.
