Sarah Alexander:
Founder and Director

Sarah Alexander is the founder and director of Vivid Learning & Development and she has built a successful and award-winning business over the last 12 years. Sarah is a highly experienced Executive and Leadership Coach and Coach Supervisor. She delivers executive coaching, leadership development, training programmes and learning and development consultancy for the private and public sector in the UK and internationally. Sarah has a Diploma in Coaching from the University of Warwick, a BSc (Hons) University of Warwick and MSc (Hons) Imperial College London, a Professional Certificate of Advanced Study in Coaching Supervision and is a certified Positive Psychologist. 

Sarah previously worked for a multinational healthcare company for over 10 years where she first realised her flair for coaching and developing others, beginning her career managing large teams, and progressing to roles that included designing international training workshops that reached over 20,000 delegates from more than 40 countries. 

Sarah regularly undertakes Continuing Professional Development with the Association for Coaching, of which she is a Fellow Member. She is also certified as a positive psychologist. Sarah is a talented writer and has written a book, Transforming Performance at Work: The Power of Positive Psychology, published by Routledge and shortlisted for Business Book of the Year 2024 in the category of People, Management and Culture.
