Richard Lassiter: 

Richard Lassiter is a coach and leadership consultant specialising in the digital, creative and tech sectors. He coaches a number of high-potential, high-performing young people through his work as lead coach at the Fashion Retail Academy, as coach at Warwick Business School, at The Marketing Academy, The Centre for Entrepreneurs, and at Oxentia, Oxford University's global innovation consultancy.

As well as his work in the education sector, Richard coaches clients at some of the world's largest companies including Google, Facebook and Macquarie Bank, and designs entrepreneurship programs for some of the world's top business schools in the UK and Spain. Richard is a highly experienced senior marketing professional and business leader with an extensive background of gaming, digital and telecoms in local, European and global roles. Richard has worked in 4 different countries and cultures, speaks fluent Spanish, and is an accredited Mental Health England First Aider.

Richard holds a Professional Certificate in Executive Coaching from Henley Business School, and has a postgraduate diploma in business from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia.
