Rachel Brown:
Rachel Brown is a highly qualified business leader and experienced coach and marketing consultant holding nearly twenty years’ experience in Marketing, including 10 years of coaching and career development.
Rachel coaches leaders, managers, and teams to improve their effectiveness and achieve their career ambitions. She has extensive experience in using coaching to support managers and leaders to develop their own career plans, aligned to personal and business objectives, with proven results. She is passionate about supporting people to become the best leader they can be and enabling them to develop a comprehensive understanding of what good leadership is and what that means for them.
Rachel developed from an entry-level role through to a Board Director in a sector with low female representation, whilst also championing flexible working for everyone. She advocates for diverse and inclusive (D&I) leadership teams and cultures. She chaired the People and Engagement Committee in a previous role where she was responsible for establishing the D&I and wellbeing strategies and leading a transformational change programme which resulted in achieving Investors in People Silver Awards for ‘We invest in people’ and ‘We invest in wellbeing’.
Rachel is a positive, committed and caring coach. She enjoys having honest and hardworking relationships with her clients to support them in making lasting positive change and achieving their goals.
Rachel is an NLP Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Business Practitioner, holds an ILM Diploma in Coaching and a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing from the CIM (Chartered Institute in Marketing).
